Emotional Intelligence: Assessments and Classes
The Mayer-Solovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test is an ability test of emotional intelligence that yields a total emotional intelligence score, two Area scores, and four Branch scores. The test measures emotional intelligence through a series of questions and tests the participant's ability to perceive, use, understand, and regulate emotions.
Myers Briggs Type: Assessments and Classes
The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a widely used personality inventory assessment indicating differing psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. The MBTI assessment can be used in helping teams understand and appreciate differences among its members and other individuals the team works with.
Hogan Personality Assessments
The Hogan Leadership Forecast and other Hogan assessments focus on personality from two perspectives: identity and reputation. For a quick two minute informational video, click here. The Hogan suite of assessments can be used to predict job performance, evaluate career derailers, identify top talent in the organization, develop leaders through strategic self-awareness, and evaluate the whole person.
Emotional and Social Competency Inventory
The Korn Ferry Emotional and Social Competency Inventory tool is a widely used 360 assessment that provides feedback, through a self-assessment and rater-solicited feedback, in the four domains of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. It also provides detailed input on 12 competencies informing the four domains. This tool is one of the many ways clients can become better team members and leaders and aligns nicely with Emotional Intelligence training.
AlignmentYOU!
